Order Processing Time
Orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday) before 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Need It Sooner?
Please note: Express orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Friday or during weekends will be processed on Monday.

Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.

Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully during checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot modify addresses once orders have been shipped.

Delivery Issues
If your package is returned as undeliverable, we'll contact you to verify address details and arrange reshipping (additional fees may apply). For packages marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first.
